After taking an initial brief your dedicated Account Manager can assist you with drafting job descriptions and offer guidance on local or regional salary scales. Following further discussions we will identify the essential and desirable criteria required, not least of which will be the preferred behavioural traits and attributes. As well as advertising your assignment and performing role specific searches within our extensive and established ex-military talent pool, we also search other commercial and military job boards, as well as specialist closed social media groups and networks, all of which form a part of the FRS community. From this we will identify a long list of candidates that we consider to be suited to the role.
These potential candidates are then processed - or withdrawn where necessary - via our 6-stage interview process so that we only submit the most appropriate applicants to you. We work closely with you and our candidates throughout the whole recruitment process, ensuring that communication is effective, information is provided and support is given, not just up to the point of placement but also by way of post-placement support and aftercare. Contract Recruitment Service
Whilst many of our clients are already familiar with the concept of contracting for specific projects and assignments, not everyone is au fait with the advantages of utilising the services of a contractor, such as improved cash-flow, flexibility and speed. You don’t need to be a multi-location, multi-national to take advantage of this service. Using exactly the same approach as for our Permanent Recruitment Service, we will ensure that all of our contractors are appropriately vetted and would be happy to demonstrate and discuss the potential benefits to your business of using our contract recruitment services as an alternative, or to compliment your permanent recruitment needs.
