Job Summary

An exciting new opportunity has a risen for the requirement of an Ex-Military LeadTraining Instructor to join an OFSTED rated Outstanding organization. This Ex-Military Lead Instructor will deliver a military programme in a local school. The programme will have a military/fitness element so the Ex-Military Lead Training Instructor will need to lead a fit healthy life style and enjoy physical activity. The Ex-Military Lead Instructor role requires the skills to be able to engage, motivate and educate young people. Experience in delivering in a classroom environment would be an advantage. The Ex-Military Lead Training Instructor will need a recognised teaching qualification such as PTLLS or higher. In return you will receive a competitive salary, free company healthcare (following your 6 months' probation) and 7 weeks paid shutdown holiday + 8 days' bank holiday. The Ex-Military Military Instructor must have experience in Public Services or a Military environment. The Ex-Military Lead Training Instructor will be involved in engaging young disengaged people into the new programme. The Ex-Military Training Instructor will be required to support, coach and motivate young people to further progress them into vocational training routes.

EB 5738 Ex Military Lead Training Instructor

Salary: £25,000 to £ 27,000
Location: Haverfordwest, Pembrokeshire

Position: Permanent
