Have you returned to work and been faced with the dreaded resignation letter?

Thanks for the good times but this is not for me anymore and if you’d give me a great reference that would be cool.

It’s no surprise this is known as resignation week. People have happy times over Christmas and a chance to reflect over their current position. It’s rare that people like this head into the break happy; there are almost always things underlying that have built up over a period.

How do you stop this from happening? Prevention is better than cure. Keep your team happy and you will dramatically reduce the chances of getting one of these letters.
