THE MILITARY STEPS UP ONCE AGAIN

It’s hard to avoid the talk of strikes this winter – it feels like every union is going all out for a pay rise.

It’s no surprise at times like this that the military, as they did during Covid, step in to ease the burden on whomever they are called to support.

For now, it looks like that support will once again be to the NHS as many healthcare professionals strike over the Christmas period.

This is not a political post to criticise unions that vote to strike, rather to compliment our Armed Forces for stepping up to support the nation when they’re needed.
