Forces Recruitment Services Highly Commended in Global Recruitment Awards
FRS has been highly commended by industry experts at a glittering ceremony at Café de Paris in London’s West End.
Hundreds of Recruitment Consultancies are considered for the Global Recruitment Industry Awards every year and this is Forces Recruitment Services’ first “Highly Commended” in the Best in-house training category which recognised FRS’ outstanding customer service towards their staff training and the support and ongoing mentoring they provide to their staff.
FRS Managing Director, Graham Brown, said "This national recognition by our industry peers is particularly special for us and it’s entirely down to the hard work of our training and delivery team in creating an outstanding customer service culture focused on our staff. This training gives them the ideal platform for a career in recruitment”.
FRS specialises in placing ex-military candidates and the organisation, which now has 24 offices nationwide, has been very busy with a major recruitment drive instigated to help and support ex-Servicemen and women through the MoD's current redundancy phase - 4,200 job cuts in a second round of Armed Forces redundancies - as part of the Strategic Defence and Security Review. As part of this commitment FRS has been invited to work alongside a cross party delegation at the House of Commons to advise on redundancies and resettling service leavers into civilian employment.

This recognition continues a busy tenth year for the FRS Franchised network which has already seen shortlistings at the Institute of Recruitment Professional AND The Recruiter magazine industry awards (the other two of the “big three” recruitment awards).
The Awards Ceremony was held at Café de Paris on 21 June 2012
