March In March For Mental Health

There's still time to join March in March, a virtual 10 mile challenge you can run, walk or jog at the pace and location that best suits you and help raise funds for veterans mental health...

This March Combat Stress is asking the Great British public to put their best foot forward to help them fund the growing demand for services by taking part in a brand new challenge, March in March.

In the last 10 years Combat Stress has seen a staggering 143% increase in former servicemen and women seeking their help for trauma-related mental health problems such as anxiety, depression and post-traumatic stress disorder.

By taking part in a 10-mile walk on any day during the month of March, you can help ensure Combat Stress can continue delivering life-changing treatment to veterans across the country.

A virtual event is one that can be completed at any location or time, meaning you do not have to physically turn up to a race start line. How and where you complete the challenge is completely up to you, which means the event can be adjusted to your own personal challenge – walk ten miles in one day, beat your personal best by running 10 miles as fast as possible, or do it indoors on a treadmill.

Join #TeamCombatStress and run, walk or jog 10 miles on any day in March.
