Armistice 2018: A Nation's Thank You
On 11th November 2018, 10,000 members of the public will have the unique opportunity to form a procession past the Cenotaph in central London, to pay tribute to those that served during the First World War...
This unique commemoration on the 100th anniversary of the signing of the Armistice, will recognise the significance of the end of the First World War, and the sacrifice made by so many men and women during the war.
No tickets or passes are needed to watch the ceremony from the pavements along Whitehall and Parliament Street. There will be large screens north of the Cenotaph, near the green outside the main Ministry of Defence building and mounted outside the Scotland Office and south of the Cenotaph on the corner of King Charles Street.
If you are thinking of attending the commemorations in London, please see the schedule of the event here.

They shall grow not old, as we that are left grow old:
Age shall not weary them, nor the years condemn.
At the going down of the sun and in the morning,
We will remember them.
