Some of the most drastic changes to Employment Tribunal procedure and the handling of employment claims within the workplace are currently in the process of being shaped by the Government for implementation this year. Lindsey Cartwright (Morton Fraser Solicitors) will provide an update about these changes and what they are likely to mean for employers when handling employee disputes and Employment Tribunal claims.

Lindsey will also give a brief case-law update with some of the most significant cases arising in the last year, with a particular look at cases arising from the misuse of social media and some of the key principles arising from the case law to date.

Breakfast will be served between 0800hrs and 0830hrs, complete by 0930hrs.
