Celebrating 15 years of FRS

Exactly 15 years ago today Forces Recruitment Service Ltd was incorporated as a limited company and officially commenced trading.

In the fifteen years since FRS was first incorporated, there have been many changes in the face of both the military and the commercial world. 

UK Armed Forces numbers have significantly reduced following several Strategic Defence Reviews. At the same time changing Governments, four Prime Ministers, 'the economic crash', the 2012 Olympics and, more recently, Brexit have all contributed to changing the social and economic face of Britain. 

In that same 15 years FRS has stood firmly by its founding principle:

'Find the best person for the job and the best job for the person.' 

We've tweaked, refined and improved how we do that, yet we've never changed what we do. We are proud to have helped thousands of ex Forces personnel and hundreds of British - and overseas - businesses over the last 15 years and we've every intention of doing so for another 15 and beyond.

Instead of wishing ourselves Happy Birthday, we'd like to say, "thank you" to all our candidates, clients, colleagues, suppliers and friends who have helped make our first fifteen years such a tremendous and enjoyable success.

Here's to the next 15 years!
