New Partnership For Ex-Military Job Seekers
Forces Recruitment Services (FRS) is proud to announce our joint partnership with Pathfinder International Magazine.
The partnership sees FRS become Pathfinder’s official Recruitment Partner and cements closer working ties between both organisations, which have a combined 40 year’s specialism in providing guidance into civilian employment for former service personnel .
Pathfinder publisher and Editor in Chief, Michael Brash, says, "After years of working informally with FRS, we at Pathfinder are very excited about the establishment of this partnership and look forward to working with the most experienced and respected ex-military recruitment business in the UK. Together our offering to both Service Leavers and Veterans will be unparalleled.”
The first practical action sees today’s launch of a new, free monthly online magazine - 'Changing Careers' which, as the name implies, provides advice and guidance to both employees and employers on making the “next step” .
FRS founder and ex-forces, Graham Brown, commented, “We aim to ensure that not only ex-service staff, but anyone considering changing their job, employers, HR professionals and hiring managers will all find something helpful in Changing Careers Magazine." Graham went on to say, “Forces Recruitment Services is delighted to partner with such a well-established and influential service magazine. As a partnership we can comprehensively offer education, training and recruitment advice and solutions to ex-servicemen and woman and employers”
An integral part of the new Partnership will also see FRS working closely with Pathfinder as promoters of the annual Resettlement Awards. This year's Resettlement Awards take place in Manchester on 2nd November, where the work of many businesses, organisations and individuals working with and within the ex-military community will be celebrated.
