Job Summary

A rapidly growing technology company are looking for a systematic, process-driven and creative marketer to develop marketing campaigns to drive the sales of innovative software solutions for contact centres. You will need to be capable of evaluating the results of marketing campaigns and optimizing processes, to understand information and create action plans. The marketing campaigns will create brand awareness, drive lead generation and provide thought leadership for the company's Salesforce App; the App delivers real time customer service feedback allowing impactful behavioural changes to be made with the ability to see the resulting ROI. Detailed Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

* Creating, executing and managing marketing campaigns
* Process optimisation to improve campaign results
* Devising, hosting and managing webinars
* Lead generation through multi-channel marketing
* Conduct research to identify and define new clients
* Conceive new marketing initiatives and strategies
* Promotional activities, event organisation and product exhibitions
* Compiling and distributing financial and statistical information
* Maintaining website and utilising data analytics
* Database management including extensive use of Salesforce
* Writing and proofreading creative copy

Knowledge, skills and qualifications - essential:

* 1-2 years' B2B marketing experience
* Email campaign experience

* Social media and email marketing techniques
* Strong research and analysis skills

* Web site modification (HTML) ability
* Content creation writing skills

Knowledge, skills and qualifications - desirable:

* Salesforce experience
* Webinar experience
* Contact centre knowledge
* Process oriented, strong organisational skills and disciplined in delivery

Person Specification:

You will need to have an eye for detail, be commercially aware and numerate. You will be a problem solver who is also creative and an excellent communicator. A team player is essential with a willingness to work on your own initiative, occasionally outside the boundaries of your role, in order to support the wider team.

Allmakes Parts Sales Specialist

Permanent

We are recruiting for a Allmakes Parts Sales Specialist based at our West Bromwich site.

40 hours a week

Overall Job role

Building the Partscomms market position by locating, developing, defining, negotiating and closing business relationships.

Main Duties and Responsibilties

Generating business leads and following up on sales opportunities

Cold calling potential customers and building relationships

Establishing customer needs and selling products accordingly

Working to weekly and monthy sales targets and KPIS

Arranging meetings with clients and carrying out product demonstrations

Following up swiflty on sales enquiries and sending out information

Working closeley with other teams to develop new business

Researching the market and identifiying potential target customers

Attending industry events in order to generate business leads

Logging leads in an organised and traceable manner

Building up relationships with exisiting clients in order to increase current spend

Generating sales across a large product portfolio to pre-detrmined targets

Developing quotes and proposals

Negotiating and renegotiating by phone, email and in person

Key Competencies

Previous new business experience ideally from a company in the same or siilar industry

Proven track record of bringing in new business and a natural ability to drive sales

Must be self motivated with a strong desire to succeed

Well organised with previous experience using CRM systems

An understanding of the commerical parts business
