Job Summary

An opportunity has arisen for the requirement of a Centre Manager who has a strong business acumen and has experience of acting as a change management agent, working proactively to make organisational change happen. This Centre Manager must have the ability to seize opportunity and show initiative. As Centre Manager it is your responsibility to provide evidence of the quality of service to all inspectorates: WAG, ESTYN, OFSTED and Awarding Bodies, this will include all strategies. The Centre Manager must have a professional appearance and attitude is a must.

An opportunity has arisen for the requirement of a Centre Manager who has a strong business acumen and has experience of acting as a change management agent, working proactively to make organisational change happen. This Centre Manager must have the ability to seize opportunity and show initiative.

As Centre Manager it is your responsibility to provide evidence of the quality of service to all inspectorates: WAG, ESTYN, OFSTED and Awarding Bodies, this will include all strategies. The Centre Manager must have a professional appearance and attitude is a must.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

To follow the inspection framework across all centres' as directed.
To support all Instructors to meet their Key Performance Indicators.
To work with the Area Operations manager to ensure all targets for all KPI's are met.
To actively promote the College to ensure numbers are met.
To gain and maintain an in-depth knowledge of the qualification database (database with target achievement dates for each student).
To carry out quality monitoring of teaching, learning & assessment, induction and the reviewing of learners' progress.
To liaise with Career Advisors and gatekeepers on a weekly basis regarding potential starts.
To actively seek new partners who will assist in meeting contract KPIs.
To attend all marketing events and opportunities.
To liaise with all partners and attend all relevant meetings.
To meet regularly with all Instructors across about embedded learners.
To support MPS staff and any embedded school programme learners.
To create and maintain new business across your location on an on-going basis.
To monitor student progress through the Management Information System.
To monitor student progress and assist in their application process.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

Experience with strategy development and implementation.
Experience of acting as a change management agent, working proactively to make organisational change happen.
A strong business acumen
The ability to build effective teams, coach and develop others.
The ability to seize opportunity and show initiative.
The ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
The ability to grasp short and long term priorities and develop systems to achieve them.
The ability to lead complex projects through to the end.
