Help ex military people into work
Forces Recruitment Services Ltd was set up in 2001 by Managing Director
Graham Brown. Graham left the Army in 1993 and spent 8 years in media sales, working as Sales Manager for the Officer and RAF In-Flight magazines, among others.
In 1998, he set up Quest magazine, leaving in 2001 to set up his own business. FRS was the first commercial recruitment consultancy set up with the sole purpose of placing ex-military candidates and FRS has helped to resettle hundreds of servicemen and women since 2001.
FRS has been running successfully since 2001 and has now recruited 3 Franchise Owners, all of which are performing very well using the system and methods that have made FRS a success.
The business is now expanding across the UK and there are franchise opportunities for individuals with drive, ambition and the desire to make good money whilst assisting ex-military candidates.
Your capital investment will cover the following:
Business, sales, systems and operations training (8 days);
Knowledge of how to run a recruitment business from the MD himself and a highly experienced franchise and recruitment professional, who will act as an ongoing mentor;
REC (Recruitment & Employment Confederation) professional membership for the first year and the cost of the Certificate in Recruitment Practice (CertRP), which will allow you to carry the recognised letters MREC and CertRP after your name;
Licence to use the FRS name and website for uploading vacancies;
Licence to use FRS’ extensive client and candidate databases;
Business stationery for 1 year.
If you believe you have the entrepreneurial spirit to run your own business and make a good living from placing ex-military candidates, contact Graham Brown now by telephone on
01353 645004 or email at
graham@forcesrecruitment.co.uk to find out more.
