Have you ever been in a position where you have made a bad hire and sacked someone because their behaviour didn’t match your expectations? Most companies hire on skill and fire on behaviour and stop at Level 2 assessment. We assess at level 3 and the difference is outlined below.

Candidates can fool interviewers with a well-constructed CV and even extend their fantasy world to interview. It is much more difficult to cross into level 3 because it’s who you are.

We have 3 behavioural models to assess for different things because in behavioural science one cap doesn’t necessarily fit all. We can match the behaviour of your best employee or your model candidate, we can assess the behaviour of what you need if someone is going to be successful and be a good culture fit for you team/business. We can even assess how someone will ACTUALLY behave as opposed to how they like to be perceived by others.
