Within the motor industry, it is possible to progress very quickly into management and earn a good salary whilst driving a new car. The industry is also one where formal academic qualifications count for less than personal characteristics and aptitude.

REP Consultants has created two courses, specially designed to take Forces personnel into the motor industry using proper selection and comprehensive training in skills necessary to enable them to hit the ground running as either a Vehicle Sales Executive or a Workshop Technician at a dealership. The company's Academy - and all courses - are Institute of Motor Industry and NVQ Approved, and form the basis of a passport to a develop and progress forward.

SALES EXECUTIVE FOUNDATION COURSE

This is a 5-day residential course, where all aspects of Vehicle Sales training are provided to train in how to work in a dealership sales team, operate in a controlled sales process and fast track to a high level of vehicle sales and earnings.

TECHNICIAN FOUNDATION COURSE

This is a 2-day residential course, where skilled forces technicians are trained in how a dealership workshop operates and, particularly, the different approach required in a retail environment to ensure candidates can demonstrate this "retail focus" to prospective employers and immediately become effective in the team.
