Graduates of Premier's core product, the accredited and highly regarded Diploma in Personal Training will be able to integrate the latest cutting-edge fitness and sports massage therapy theory and practical skills gained from the Diploma course with the broad range of skills developed during their military career.
Nicholas Schofield, for example, graduated with the Diploma in 1997 and has since co-founded a highly lucrative personal training company, 'Commando Fitness Trainers', with fellow marine, Rob Blair.
"The training we provide is arduous, demanding and requires teams to come together to complete our tough sessions which are based around our experience of Commando training but also incorporate knowledge gained from the Diploma course."
Another graduate of the Diploma, Darren Wilson, whose military career spanned 8 years, found some aspects of the army hard to leave behind.
"I enjoy my job personal training, it's what I wanted to do when I got out but I just missed the military style of training that I did in the Army."
So Darren devised a military-inspired exercise class near his home town of Spalding which includes circuit training, interval runs, hill reps, press ups and team tasks. The classes have proved so popular he has introduced a separate ladies' class.
Premier also offers courses in Nutrition, Massage Therapy plus a wide range of Continuing Professional Development Courses, including Sports Conditioning, Kettlebell Training and Circuit Training.
