With an ever increasing clientele who recognise quality of product, good old fashioned service and sociable atmosphere, the business now requires an experienced Retail Butcher to work as part of the team and maintain their superb reputation.
Based primarily in Fulham, but occasionally in Putney, the dependable and well presented Retail Butcher will demonstrate a strong background in butchery together with retail flair, excellent display experience and a minimum of 2 years' shop management. Alongside excellent customer service, the Retail Butcher will have knowledge of maximising sales outcome, controlling margins by concise meat ordering, wastage and understanding how to profit on every cut of meat.

Reporting to Senior Shop Manager, General Manager and Company Directors, the Retail Butcher will be responsible for performance of sales, stock control, staff and appearance of the Fulham premises and oversee the following areas:
Weekly ordering
Stock control
Pricing of goods -accounting with reasonable margins
Shop staff
Shop appearance
Health and safety standards applied
Machinery
Responsible for shop finances
Starting Salary £24,500 with full expectations to increase with responsibilities and performance proven or mastered over training time.
